What is the ToxiTress™ 4-Step Ritual?

The ToxiTress™ ritual is a 4-step scalp care system designed to detox, balance, treat, and finish your scalp before every protective style install. The steps are: EXTRACT™ (Detox), RESTORE™ (Balance), PURIFY™ (Treat), and VELVET CLEAN™ (Finish).

How often should I do the full ritual?

We recommend completing the full 4-step ritual before every install — whether that's braids, wigs, sew-ins, or locs. For maintenance between installs, RESTORE™ and PURIFY™ can be used 2–3x per week.

Can I use ToxiTress™ products with any protective style?

Yes. Our system is formulated for all protective styles including braids, box braids, knotless braids, wigs, sew-ins, locs, twists, and natural hair.

Are ToxiTress™ products safe for sensitive scalps?

Yes. Our formulas are free from sulfates, parabens, and harsh synthetic fragrances. We use mineral clays, botanical extracts, and plant-based oils. If you have a specific allergy, please review the full ingredient list on each product page.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All ToxiTress™ products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@toxitress.com and we'll make it right.
