ToxiTress™ Return & Refund Policy

At ToxiTress™, we stand behind every product in our scalp ritual system. Due to the nature of our products (personal care and wellness), we have the following policy in place to protect all customers.

All Sales Are Final on Opened Products For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Items that arrive damaged or broken
  • Wrong item received
  • Order never arrived (after carrier investigation)

How to Request: Email us at support@toxitress.info within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Final sale or bundle items marked as non-refundable
