ToxiTress™ Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Free standard shipping on orders over $75
International Shipping (UK & Canada):

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, or import taxes
Shipping rates calculated at checkout
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@toxitress.info with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Address: ToxiTress™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
